I’d like to take this opportunity to compliment you, your staff and company on a recent home siding project in Longmont, Colorado.
In mid July when I was looking for a company who would be interested in residing my home, I found your website. I used the contact number there and since it was on a weekend I left a message with my contact information. To my surprise, I received a phone call from Joe mid morning of the following Monday. He wanted to set up a site visit which we did for the 26th of July.
Joe was there promptly, listened to what we wanted done, and wrote up a quotation. We are familiar with the Hardie Board product, so Joe did not need to sell us on the materials. He did however identify other issues which we had not considered. Joe fully explained the process if we were to go ahead with the work. His sales presentation was excellent in my opinion and I believe tailored for the potential client. Which means he is very astute at reading people, listening and understanding their concerns and then addressing each one.
Later in the week I spoke with Joe again to negotiate on the price and we closed the deal. I had to leave and get back to my job in Missouri and Joe stated that he would watch over the process and keep my wife informed at home as well as me if anything came up.
Since then Joe has delivered on everything that he promised. The initial meeting with Joe, Edward and the crew foreman went very well and work started the next day. There was a small item that came up during the meeting and true to his word, Joe called me to keep me informed.
The work started the next day and move very quickly. The installation crew was great and the foreman worked closely with my wife answering questions and taking care of what needed to be done.
The job was basically complete by Tuesday the next week with some minor touch up on Wednesday. The crew was very professional, workmanship, housekeeping and safety were above standard.
The walk thru on Wednesday was fine and closed what we consider to be a very pleasant experience with your company and it’s personnel.
Please congratulate your staff from us. I have Joe’s cell number in my cell phone and if another project comes up you will certainly be called. We also would not hesitate to recommend your company to a potential client.
It was and is a real pleasure doing business with a company as professional as yours.

Never have I felt the need or had any reason to write a letter of commendation to any company for services rendered. However, given my
most recent experience with Scottish Home Improvement, I felt it was time.
Throughout the process of choosing a contractor, Scottish stood out with their knowledge, professionalism and desire to do the right thing. Once I chose Scottish, I was impressed with those same qualities throughout their organization. Their customer driven philosophy is evident from the laborers to the owner.
My job, which was re-siding with James Harding siding and all new Alside windows, had many unforeseen challenges and obstacles. Jim and Marvin stepped up to the plate on every occasion and made the entire process as seamless as possible.
A special thanks to the crews that actually did the work. Marvin and Javier have assembled crews that are not only knowledgeable about their job, but are very hard workers. Unfortunately the timing of this job was during torrential rain storms throughout the afternoon. The guys had to work through intense heat and driving rain storms to finish on time. There were several nights I had to kick them off the job because we wanted to go to bed.

I am the Vice President of the Ridgewood Village Homeowners Association Board of Directors in Littleton, Colorado. Last year, I accepted an appointment by the Board to be Chairman of a Siding Committee to explore the feasibility of having new siding installed on all units of our Association, including our swimming pool bath house.
My charge was to contact no fewer than four building contractors and solicit bids, compare products, including product type and quality, compare prices, check out references, and perform any other tasks relevant to acquiring the best possible deal for our homeowners.

Their character and integrity was simply outstanding.
