Of all the awards we have won over the years this one probably gives me the most satisfaction. To be in the Top 5 nationally for quality just proves that all the hard work we have put into hiring the most qualified Project Managers and Tradesmen over the years has been worth it.
What’s the Scottish secret to the higher quality of installation and customer service? It’s really a combination of 3 things. Firstly you need the best siding crews and you don’t get and keep them unless you pay them what they’re worth. Secondly it’s our Project Managers. This is an extra layer of supervision unique to a very small percentage of home remodelors. Not only do we have a crew chief managing the job but also a Project Manager who is qualified in all aspects of residential construction. If the crew chief or client has questions the Project Manager will be on site almost every day to answer them and ensure the work we do meets all the standards and codes required by both the city and county’s but also by the manufacturers who issue the warranty. The third part of the secret is that from top to bottom in our organization every single person has to be dedicated to wanting to give our clients the best experience they can possibly have.
