Scottish Home Improvements is honored to have completed an entire siding replacement project for one of our Boulder clients. The 3115 Fremont St. residence located in Boulder was built in 1930 and required new siding for the entire home as well as the detached garage. The detached garage was composed of both brick and siding– the homeowners wanted to remove all the brick and have the garage and residence clad with matching James Hardie® fiber cement siding. In addition to siding replacement, the homeowners also had their soffits and fascia replaced with James Hardie®. The Light Mist lap siding offers a homey feel, especially when paired with Cobble Stone trim.
