It was expensive but in the end worth every penny because I’ll never have to worry about damage again. All Good guys and I felt sorry for them when they still came to work even when it was freezing cold! Troopers! I had tons of woodpecker holes at the peaks of my very tall cedar sided house. I needed a product that would be bulletproof so I would never have to deal with the problem again…they were ruining my home! Jim suggested Hardy Board, a cement board that the birds couldn’t brace themselves to peck holes. It looks SO amazing also looks more updated with a whole new look. I feel like a ton of weight has been lifted off of my shoulders and that I was in good hands from start to finish with Scottish Home Improvements! Great company! Lastly, I will be remodeling my sunroom next and I will have Jim’s crew do the exterior on that as well.
Jim Archer was exceptional! He is very professional yet personable. He really listened to what I was trying to accomplish, made great suggestions and really knows his products. He’s knowledgeable in all areas of construction and helped me make decisions that I was struggling with. Jim provides great communication. He doesn’t mess around – he gets the job done! He checks in on the project frequently and follows through at the end. He made sure I was completely satisfied and will go above and beyond.
