Jim took the time to discuss all kinds of options for my old, peculiar house. He was on site at least every other day, making sure these changes made their way into the final product. He communicated frequently — usually daily — as various bits of the project proceeded. He worked around my schedule AND unpredictable weather. As a result, the house ended up looking even better than expected (with some “craftsman” features added) — and more structurally more sound as well.
